Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about lottery funds for a community project in our town.

Málaga is a big city in the south of Spain, there are a lot of interesting places in and around the town, but there are not any music schools for every people in the town centre.

For that reason, we would like to build a music centre here. This centre could teach come aspects of music history and styles.

I would be grateful if you could send me information about lottery grants. If you have any questions about our project, please contact me.

LOUIS BRAILLE

Louis Braille was a French educator and he was the inventor of the system of reading and writing for blind people. He was born in France in 1809 and he died in 1852. He became blind after an accident he had in his early childhood when he was imitating his father and he injured himself. He invented a writing and reading touch code called Braille, and his surname. The braille method are points, adapted to the alphabet, the numbers, the music... Thanks to his method, many blind people can know the alphabet, read and write efficiatly. The Braille System has been adapted  for use in languages worldwide.

MY LIFE STORY

MY LIFE STORY

I was born in Málaga in 2000. When I was young, we lived in a different house. It was Puerta Blanca. We've moved since then, and I've lived here in Las Pirámides for three years now.

My earliest memory is very clear. We were on holiday in Sweden and I was eating a lot of chocolate. I also remembered my first day at primary school. My teacher's name was Miguel, and my classmates were very nice.

I've been at I.E.S Fernando de los Ríos for three years. I've changed since I was young. I think that I'm more responsible and mature now. When I finish Secondary school, I'll probably study criminology. Before I'm old, I really want to go to The United States of America.

It was last night in the street center. The car fell into a hole because the road was new. It began at twelve o'clock. At first there was complete panic. People were absorbed. They called the rescue services, the policemen and the firemen. Then, the rescue services took the family of the car and, finally, the family were in the street, safe and sound. The people said ''luckily the car wasn't new''.

One day, I was in a sports event. Suddenly, I saw a man falling. They were running because they were in a competition. I felt so sad because this man was falling. I took a photo while he was falling, and I saw that another man was pushing him.

The next time I saw them, they were talking and I showed my photo. The bad man was sent off of all the competitions and the other won all.
